ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY

Our critically acclaimed 2012-13 mainstage season concludes with the regional premiere of August: Osage County, the darkly comedic, Pulitzer Prize-winning drama by Tracy Letts.

When the Weston family reunites in their old country home outside Pawhuska, Oklahoma, they confront a maelstrom of repressed truths, unsettling secrets, and the drug-addled diatribes of their matriarch, all while they investigate the mysterious disappearance of their patriarch.

You know... the usual family stuff.

Directed by SHAWN BELYEA, August: Osage County features a powerhouse cast led by veteran Seattle actors CHARLES LEGGETT and SHELLIE SHULKIN, and featuring TERI LAZZARA, CHRIS ENSWEILER, and KATE JAEGER.

The cast also includes Ashley Bagwell, Gordon Carpenter, Caitlin Frances, Devynne Gannon, David Goldstein, Jordi Montes, John Q. Smith, and Lisa Viertel.

August premiered at the renowned Steppenwolf Theatre Company in Chicago, enjoyed an enormously successful Broadway run and national tour, and earned numerous awards, including the 2008 Pulitzer Prize for Drama, Tony Award for Best Play, and Drama Desk Award for Best New Play.
